Henry Holland's Debut Exhibition

The inimitable Henry Holland joined forces with the great and the good of the fashion and art worlds in aid of Cancer Research UK and hosted an exclusive two-day exhibition entitled Debut at One Mayfair which culminated in an auction on Thursday 24 March 2011.

As we have seen many times over Rawchi's Renee is a keen fundraiser and after the loss of her sister is a keen supporter of many cancer related charity from Cancer Research, Ovarian Cancer Trust, Macmillan, Breast Cancer Care and Manchester's Genesis Breast Cancer Prevention. She has hosted Charity balls, Gentleman's golf day, half marathon fun runs, and coffee mornings and raised over £30,000 for Charities that have touched her heart.

Renee was delighted to be invited by Henry to his Debut event at One Mayfair and the A-list celebs turned out in bucket loads to support his endeavour and the good cause at hand, which was to raise money and awareness for Cancer Research UK in the first of its kind event – an open auction amongst the fashion elite called 'Debut'.

Miquita Oliver and Nick Grimshaw took to the stage to introduce this worthy cause, and upon explaining how to use the bidding apparatus playfully outbid each other to start the ball rolling.

Items on auction included a pop art print of Kate Moss signed by the supermodel herself, two Longchamp bags which again were endorsed by Mossy, Mary Quant limited edition prints, an array of designer dresses, and Nicholas Kirkwood shoes that had been adorned by Sarah Jessica Parker herself in Sex And The City; and the most fun piece of the evening – Henry Holland's signature slogan Swarovski encrusted Tee that read 'I don't need a husband, I've got House of Holland'

Renee wishing to play her part in the fundraising offered her services as Celebrity Raw Chef in your home for the day, catering for 12 dinner guests and teaching the host and her friends how to prepare the raw healthy delicious delights, the successful evening raised much needed funding for cancer research.
